Join us during one of our favorite times of the year as we celebrate the season of the squash blossom, one of summer’s most unique and delicious fruits. To honor the short-lived season, Head Chef Colin King has created a special menu highlighting this colorful edible flower. Whether it’s used in quesadillas, tacos or tamales, the delicate flavor and tender texture of the squash blossom is the perfect summer addition to our traditional Mexican dishes. But this savory fruit is only in bloom for a limited time, so don’t miss your chance to give it a try!
