Through each of the five courses, we invite you to explore the unique flavors of Veracruz, Mexico, the home of the folk song “La Bamba” that launched the prolific career of this year’s honoree, Ritchie Valens. As you move through the menu, sip masterly-crafted cocktails utilizing the finest agave spirits, each paired perfectly by Oyamel’s expert beverage team and Chef Rodriguez.
