A quintessential holiday dish, and Christmas Eve staple, tamales hold special memories for Oyamel Head Chef Omar Rodriguez. As a child, Christmas at his Abuela's house always included tamales and this year he is sharing his family's tradition with yours.
All holiday season long, Chef Rodriguez and his team are preparing Tamales Norteños, made with chicken or pork, available individually or as part of the limited-time Tamale Dinner. With heating instructions, and pro tips from Chef Omar including creative ways to enjoy your tamales from his hometown in the Rio Grande Valley, bringing the best of the season home has never been easier.
