Featuring classics like Col de Bruselas estilo San Quintín, crispy Brussels sprouts with a chile de árbol sauce, and the Tamal Verde, a chicken tamal with a green sauce or tomatillo, chile and garlic, it’s the ultimate Oyamel experience!

A traditional cake, soaked in Coruba rum and three milks, with rum-milk espuma and compressed pineapple, served with a scoop of caramel ice cream

Oaxacan chocolate custard with chocolate sorbet, passion fruit gelatin, chocolate and pumpkin seed crumble and fresh passion fruit
