For a truly intimate and one-of-a-kind experience, reserve one of six seats at Oyamel’s ceviche bar for a chef-led cocktail dinner as part of our annual Tequila & Mezcal Festival. Hosted by Oyamel’s Head Chef Omar Rodriguez and Beverage Manager Azael Salgado, enjoy an exquisite five-course tasting menu, each paired perfectly with a unique mezcal or tequila cocktail.
