Truffle Festival is back on January 30th! Join Oyamel for the celebration of the season with limited-edition dishes selected by Head Chef Omar Rodriguez, and sommelier selected wine pairings. Enjoy the fragrant and exquisite black truffle in a variety of special dishes, like the Tortitas de papa con trufas, potato fritters with black truffle and parmesan, or add them to select existing menu items. Flown straight from the Spanish city of Teruel the day they’re discovered by truffle-hunting dogs, these black truffles are as fresh as it gets.
