Ceviche Bar Experience

March 8th & 14th | 6 PM & 8:30 PM | $115

Our most intimate dining experience yet! We invite you to join us at our 6-seat ceviche bar for a private dinner with our culinary and beverage teams. Learn about the flavors and history of each dish from master storyteller Chef Omar Rodriguez, while our beverage team creates each cocktail pairing in front of you. It's a rare opportunity to ask all your burning questions about the world of agave! Each seating includes a five-course menu with beverage pairings.

Oyamel Head Chef Omar Rodriguez invites you to celebrate the rich history and exciting future of agave spirits in Mexico with a one-night-only Chef’s Experience Dinner. Chef Omar will showcase different aspects of Mexican culture, with emphasis on the flora and fauna found in the nine states and Jalisco that are associated with the production of tequila and mezcal. Each of the five courses is paired with a special cocktail for the true agave experience! Salud!
