Eat and Drink to Support the Monarch Butterflies
José Andrés has joined World Wildlife Fund’s Monarch Squad as their Monarch Champion in an effort to bring awareness to the species’ dramatic population decline due to habitat loss in their migratory route in the U.S., and climate change. As pollinators, monarchs have a strong positive impact on the lands they inhabit and can significantly strengthen plot vitality for farmers and others who are dependent on the land for their livelihood.
